Refund Policy

1. Pay-back policy with a limitation of time running up to 15 days from output delivery.
2. If the customer wishes to return files belatedly after 15 days because of dissatisfactory quality, the further process attracts a 30% fee for proofreading and 50% for amending. (The percentage rate is estimable from file size and initial cost)
3. Pay-back is only reliable for files appropriated as class A/Superb and B/High-quality audiovisual material.
4. We double check for a second time where quality is still dissatisfactory before considering the pay back application.
5. The request will strictly be approved if the output of the subsequent double checking does not meet the quality requirements.
6. Pay back policy excludes content appropriated as Intricate quality files or Rush ordering category.
7. We do not provide a professional undertaking to attain High accuracy for Rush ordering or Intricate quality recordings.
8. The turnaround time starts only upon the completion of the payment, and not from the time of file upload.
